We currently have 3 owners in a Beneteau 43 "Primera Vista" located in Cocoplum Marina in Miami seeking a 4th fractional partner. The cost of 1/4 share sailboat ownership is approximately $83,000 and the monthly operating costs for marina and insurance etc are only about $750 per month. Wow only $83k and $750/month all inclusive of operating costs for a new Beneteau 43. Now that's interesting!

We also have significant interest in a sailboat partnership in the West Palm Beach area for a 37ft or 40 ft Beneteau. The 37 ft will be about $58k and about $650 per month. WOW!
